My new years resolution and diet tips!!!


hello bloggers, so when it become new year i had no clue in mind of what my 'new years resolution' would be.. but i've decided, a diet would be perfect!! Im going to give you some tips and ideas if you want to go on a diet..

Important things first..

1- DO NOT starve yourself you just get seriously poorley after a while and there's no point. Dieting isnt about starving yourself, it's about cutting down on all the junk we eat and portions we take on our plates.

2- Drink at  least 8 glasses of water a day, if you find 8 is too much, just cut the amount down as long as you have a decent amount of water a day you'll be fine.

3- Change a chocolate bar a day to a piece of fruit or a vegatable.. Just something with less calories. You could have a chocolate bar once every week or month, i dont like too because it just temps me to have more and more.

4- If you have time do some kind of exersize, walk a little further to the bustop, jog, run. I do P.E 7 hours a week and i walk a mile a day to school.. YIKES.

5- Changing something as little as your cerial will make an improvement.

6- Change fatty meals to a salad or something with less calories. Just remember a diet isnt about living of fruit, vegetables and salads, it's about taking in less calories, change a normal lasagne to a weight watchers one.. It's simple, swap normal foods you eat to one's with less calories and fat.
